Images stay in your browser

Your image files are processed locally in your browser. We do not upload your source images, processed images, ZIP exports, or file names to our application servers.

Browser storage

Your current batch may be stored in browser IndexedDB so it can be restored after payment or navigation. It is no longer restored after 24 hours and is removed the next time the tool checks local storage. You can clear it sooner from the tool.

Payment and access records

To provide and verify access, we retain an internal order identifier; Creem checkout and order identifiers when available; the product, amount, currency, status, and timestamps; and the payment email returned by Creem. We do not store card numbers or security codes.

Essential cookies

We use essential cookies to remember a pending order and anonymous export access. These cookies are required for the checkout and entitlement flow to work.

Analytics and product usage

We use Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity to understand how visitors use this site and to improve the product experience. These tools may set cookies, log page views and clicks, and record anonymized session replays or heatmaps of on-page interactions (such as mouse movement and clicks). They do not have access to your uploaded images, which remain local in your browser and are never rendered to these tools.

We do not use these tools for advertising, ad targeting, or cross-site tracking, and we do not sell any data they collect. You can review Google's Privacy Policy and Microsoft's Privacy Statement for details on how each provider processes this data. You can block these tools using your browser's cookie settings, tracking protection, or a browser extension.

Hosting and technical data

Our hosting provider may process your IP address and basic request information for service delivery, security, and troubleshooting. The provider does not receive the images that remain local in your browser.

Payment provider

Creem independently processes checkout and payment information. Review the Creem Privacy Policy.

Retention and questions

We retain order and audit records as needed for transaction processing, security, disputes, accounting, and legal obligations. For privacy questions, email support@listingimageprep.com.
